DMCA / Copyright Policy

Depeg (“we”), operated by [Depeg legal entity], respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement. Because tokens and some content live on a public blockchain and on decentralized storage (IPFS), we can remove infringing material from our Interface but cannot alter or delete it from the blockchain or IPFS. Removal from the Interface means the token, image, or content will no longer be shown or served through Depeg.
1. Reporting infringement
To report content on the Interface that you believe infringes your rights, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] including all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its exact location on the Interface (URL and/or token address);
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on its behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Knowingly false claims may incur liability.
2. Designated agent
[Agent name] — [Depeg legal entity], [address] — [email protected].
3. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed material and its former location; your name, address, phone, and email; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; consent to jurisdiction of the courts in [jurisdiction]; and your signature.
4. Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict or block access for users who are repeat infringers.
5. On-chain limitation
Tokens exist on the Arc blockchain independently of Depeg and can be accessed through other interfaces we do not control. Removal from the Depeg Interface does not remove a token from the blockchain, from IPFS, or from any third-party application.
