These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Depeg website, application, and interface (collectively, the “Interface”), operated by [Depeg legal entity] (“Depeg”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

1. What Depeg is — and is not

Depeg is a non-custodial interface to permissionless, open-source smart contracts deployed on the Arc blockchain. The Interface lets you interact with those contracts using your own self-custodied wallet.

• We never take custody of, hold, or control your assets, tokens, or private keys.
• Every transaction is initiated and signed by you, from your wallet, and is broadcast directly to the blockchain.
• We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, custodian, or financial institution. We do not issue, offer, sell, or promote any token.
• Tokens are created by users, for users. When you launch a token, you are the issuer; the smart contract acts on your transaction. Depeg does not create or endorse any token.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter these Terms, are not located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Interface is prohibited, and are not subject to any sanctions or on any prohibited-persons list. Access from [prohibited jurisdictions] is not permitted.

3. No financial advice; risk disclosure

Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens created and traded through the contracts — including memecoins — are extremely high-risk, speculative, and volatile, and can lose all of their value. You may lose everything you spend. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.You are solely responsible for your decisions and for doing your own research.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and the security of your device.
• You are responsible for every transaction you sign, its consequences, and any applicable taxes.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Interface to:

• upload, link, or associate any content that is illegal, infringing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that depicts or promotes violence, abuse, or terrorism;
• infringe intellectual property, impersonate any person, brand, or project, or engage in fraud or deception;
• manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or defraud other users;
• violate any applicable law or sanction, or circumvent geographic or other restrictions;
• disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Interface or its infrastructure.

6. User content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit (token names, tickers, images, descriptions, links). Content submitted to the blockchain or to decentralized storage (e.g. IPFS) is public and may be permanent and impossible to remove. You grant Depeg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, resize, and display your content in connection with the Interface. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove or refuse to display any content on the Interface — but we cannot alter or remove content from the blockchain or decentralized storage. We have no obligation to monitor content.

7. Third-party services

The Interface relies on third parties (wallets, RPC providers, blockchains, decentralized storage, CDNs). We do not control and are not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. No warranties

The Interface and smart contracts are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the smart contracts are free of vulnerabilities. Smart contracts may be unaudited; interact at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depeg and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, tokens, or data, arising from your use of the Interface or the smart contracts. Our aggregate liability will not exceed [USD 100 / the amount of fees you paid us in the prior 12 months].

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Depeg harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Interface, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & disputes
