This Privacy Policy explains what information the Depeg Interface (“Interface”), operated by [Depeg legal entity], collects and how it is used. Depeg is designed to be minimal-data and non-custodial— we do not require accounts, names, emails, or identity verification to use it.

1. Information we collect

• Wallet address & on-chain activity. When you connect a wallet or transact, your public wallet address and on-chain actions are processed. This data is already public and permanent on the blockchain — it is not created by us.
• Technical logs. Our servers and CDN automatically receive standard request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, pages requested) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
• Content you submit. Token names, tickers, descriptions, links, and images you upload. Images are stored on decentralized storage (IPFS) and are public and may be permanent.

2. What we do not collect

We do not require or collect your name, email, government ID, or KYC information. We do not run invasive advertising trackers or sell your data. We have no user accounts.

3. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Interface;
• To secure the Interface and prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal content;
• To display market data and your public on-chain activity;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use only essential cookies/local storage needed for the Interface to function (e.g. remembering your wallet connection or settings). We do not use third-party behavioral-advertising trackers.

5. Third parties

Operating the Interface involves third-party providers, each with its own privacy practices:

• Blockchain RPC providers (e.g. Alchemy) — process your requests to the network;
• Decentralized storage / pinning (e.g. IPFS / Pinata) — host uploaded images;
• CDN & edge security (e.g. Cloudflare) — deliver and protect the Interface;
• Hosting (e.g. DigitalOcean) — runs our servers.

6. On-chain data is public and permanent

Anything recorded on the blockchain or on IPFS — including your address, transactions, and any content you submit — is public and generally cannot be changed or deleted by us or anyone else. Consider this before transacting or uploading.

7. Data retention

Off-chain logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymized. On-chain and IPFS data persists independently of us.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the limited off-chain personal data we hold. Contact us to exercise them. We cannot alter on-chain or IPFS data.

9. Children

The Interface is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date.
